1986 (09) Royal Air Force - Cotswold - Churchill, Bristol CDS - Signed by Margaret Thatcher

Lovely Cotswold cover.....

Appropriate Churchill, Bristol CDS....

But then also signed by the late British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher........

I note that the cover has also been double dated at Churchill, Bristol on the 4th September 1989, but there is no information why that was done.....
