Golders Green CDS (William Wordsworth had a minor literary link to Golders Green through his written reflections on Golder's Hill (now part of Golders Hill Park). - "I am not unfrequently a visitor on Hampstead Heath, and seldom pass by the entrance of Mr Dyson's villa, on Golder's Hill, close by, without thinking of the pleasures which Akenside often had there."

Before it became a modern London suburb and tube station stop in the 20th century, Golders Green and Golder's Hill existed as a rural, scenic retreat on the edge of Hampstead Heath that attracted literary figures).
