Very unusual Philart cover......

Edinburgh H/S, but then this has been doubled with an 18p stamp from the 1993 Autumn Issue, which of course as a Horse Chestnut stamp, so quite relevant...

Excellent cachet front and rear explaining this - no idea who thought of this as this is the very first time I've even seen this !
