Both with full sets of stamps - one with Harrogate H/S - the second with the Anniversary Date H/S.....

Put as a pair as it would be wrong to split these up... amazing filler card (scanned)........ I've NEVER seen these covers before, so 47+ years since the issue date shows these are RARE !!
