The 'Obliterated' aspect on this cover is deliberate - apparently at that time, to print an image of a stamp (even one as old as the Penny Black) was against the rules, so ALL of these covers had to have the stamp image 'Obliterated' before being allowed to be sold... I bet some got out though !
