Amazing Defence Postal & Courier Services Cover.

This H/S was designed exclusively for the Forces RAF FDC Official cover, but someone at Mill Hill decided that it was worth putting onto this 'Alternative' cover, which isn't normally allowed, so I suspect may have been done as a 'favour' for someone...but by doing so they have unwittingly made this an 'Alternative' Official... and as such - highly collectable !
