Fantastic new find......... Cambridge Officials (Set of Three).....

The 1st Class Wales Stamp in the NVI Book is a SELF ADHESIVE Stamp, which makes those totally different from the 'Normal' commemorative stamp issue which is GUMMED....

Cambridge Stamp Centre realised this and did this set of three Officials with that SELF ADHESIVE stamp... ALL of these are numbered No 1 of 10.... so pretty rare !!
