1983 (07) British Army - RM - Royal Scots H/S - Doubled at Waterloo - Trebled in 2015

Unusual Royal Mail cover..........

Royal Scots H/S, but then doubled at Waterloo with a Belgian 8f Stamp & CDS - but then also Trebled in 2015 with one of the Waterloo Bicentenary Stamps and an appropriate Waterloo H/S.........

Getting a TREBLE cancelled cover is against the rules, so no idea how on earth this one got through the system !
