Very unusual Royal Salute, Birmingham Special.

Queens Rd, Birmingham H/S.

Looks like a 'Privately Produced' cover, but there is no information anywhere on the cover to indicate who produced it.......... although the auction that sold this described it as an 'Unlisted Official'.... Since typing this out, I have been told that possibly 'Mike Brazier' did this as a last minute 'Special' - it's the same envelope he always used, so it might be right....
