This is a large 28.7x21.5 cm envelope, inside of which is a stunning 8 page booklet with images from the Landmarks stamp locations, the centre of which are the menu pages and the main guest was Her Majesty The Queen.... obviously produced for the banquet, so I guess in limited numbers !
