For years this H/S has NOT been known to exist on any Official - yet here we finally have a Forces cover, serviced at the Forces Postal HQ at Mill Hill, with this H/S on a FULL SET....

I've NEVER seen this before - possibly 'unique'.... but whatever the true story - IT'S RARE !!!
