Very unusual, but relevant, Covercraft 'Penny Postage, Kidderminster' Official (2 Stamps Version)...

Then doubled with the full set from the 1997 Sub Post Offices Issue with a National Postal Museum H/S.....

My notes off the Covercraft Website indicates this is a known example, but the quantities were so low they didn't know how many.....
