This cover series (66 covers in total) is produced by The Veterans Charities Consortium, run by the late Group Captain Bill Randle - Each cover is numbered and certified by him on the rear.

After March 2005, only 50 of these Officials were ever produced on each issue (even less as the series moved to its completion) and the vast majority were sent off for signatures - very few of these Officials were left unsigned, so this is pretty scarce!
