This cover series (66 covers in total) is produced by The Veterans Charities Consortium, run by the late Group Captain Bill Randle - Each cover is numbered and certified by him on the rear.

Only 50 of these Officials were produced and the vast majority were sent off for signatures - very few of these Officials were left unsigned, so this is pretty scarce!
