Unusual Illustrated Cover - No idea whatsoever who produced it....... I've never seen it before......

This H/S is know to exist on a Post Office cover as an Official, which I don't think is this one.....

Has the Cylinder £1.53 Discount Booklet also added and cancelled - can't be many of these around !
