Amazing Havering Highway Windscreens Officials (Set of Four).

Produced as a commission by Havering Covers for a 'Promotional Giveaway' by the Windscreen Company to Garages that they dealt with, and at the time only a tiny handful ever came to the FDC market....... with very high prices....

The four single stamp versions were offered all together in a folder, but I don't have that....
