Rarely found Royal Mail 'Atelier Works' Comm Document Official.

Only ever issued with these two stamps, this consists as a 'Jubilee Card' (which have the stamps and the H/S on it, as part of a presentation document about the Diamond Jubilee reigns of Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth........

The H/S is NOT the usual 'Bureau' ones - it was specifically sponsored for this item as is a full blown Official.... It's taken me 12 years to get the first one of thse, so that's why I say it's rarely found..........
