2010 (05) George V Accession M/S - Westminster 'Coin Cover' Special (But NO coin in it) - Sandringham H/S

Very unusual Westminster 'Coin Cover' Special - But there is NO coin in it - there isn't even a cut out to put a coin into the cover.......... so this 'might' be a printing error that escaped onto the FDC market....

I haven't been able to find ANY example of this cover on any Dealers web site or lists..... so I'm starting to consider that this may have never been issued...
