1972 (09) BBC - BBC Radio Leicester Official

Lovely BBC Radio Leicester Official.

Frequently seen with just three of the stamps - the 9p is often missing as for some reason they liked to put that on a separate cover.... no idea why, but it does mean that full set versions of this Official are a bit hard to get.....

This one is a bit 'tired' and has some minor tone marks to the left side along with a crease where the filler card doesn't quite fill the envelope up and it's not done its job fully...

However - it DOES have the 'First Day of Issue' cachet applied which isn't on many full set covers.... so it makes this one a bit different.....
