Rare Dawn ALTERNATIVE Official Set....

In 1980 Dawn Cover Productions started their 'Railway' cover series - prior to that they had done a few 'Tram' covers - mainly with links to the Crich Tramway Museum, but these black & white single stamp covers are THE VERY FIRST covers of the new 'Railway' Series - what I didn't know was that on one of them they used their OFFICIAL H/S - which, according to the rules, makes that cover an OFFICIAL.......

As was the trend in those days, the other H/S's used on the other stamps were other sponsored ones, but it's still a complete set.......... on a monumentally rare cover.... First scan shown is the Official....
