This H/S was sponsored by Mike Brazier - 1st use was the 5th Mar 2002 Occasions issue, so this is the only the 2nd following issue to use this scarce Official H/S.

On the Circus stamps issue date, the Funeral of the Queen Mother occured, and Mike doubled the cover with this cachet on just 15 Officials (Numbered on the rear)... so a bit scarce!
