Extremely scarce British Postal Museum & Archive Official (WITH Barcode).

This is the 'older style' cover of which 5 were produced WITH the Barcode on the M/S and 5 WITHOUT the Barcode - they are numbered as such on the rear.

The BPMA produced thier own 'white' cover for this issue, but this is a totally different envelope, and way, way rarer....
