Rare Millennium Changeover Royal Mail cover with BOTH Dates........ Serviced with a Clockface CDS.

It is one of the very few covers serviced on the last day of the previous Millennium and the first day of the current Millennium......... with a CDS......... All Post Offices were officially 'closed' on the 31st December 1999, so the few places that did do covers had to do them very discreetly...
