There isn't many of these out there ! - The 'Palace' restricted all the staff on numbers being ordered, so the 'usual' suspects who order multiple covers to tuck away and later resell onwards got thwarted on this issue.... Hence the scarcity of Royal Palace CDS covers for this issue....
