1984 (07) Royal Mail - Postal & Courier Covers - PAIR - One with the DATE ERROR

Astonishly rare PAIR of Postal & Courier Covers - One with the DATE ERROR..........

The correct issue date for this stamp issue is 31st July 1984 - but the British Forces Post Office at BFPO 158 made a monumental error with at least one cover and they wrongly made the date slug 31 AUG JLY... which of course is total nonsense....

I have BOTH covers for sale here - Not something you will see often, I can guarantee that fact!

When you think that it's taken almost 39 years since the issue date for me to get hold of this one, you then understand why you might have to wait a while to find another....
