Have never understood why this isn't classed as the 'Official' for this H/S - The H/S was sponsored by Royal Mail, the cover is produced by Royal Mail and the Overprint is a reprint of the H/S details - all of which would usually be accepted at the 'Official', but for some reason it doesn't on this one....
