1966 (08) Winners - Stuart - Diss, Norfolk FDI (The Forgey)

Lovely (B&W) Stuart cover with the stamp cancelled by the well documented Forgey H/S..........

My understanding of this is that someone at Diss applied for the approval for the FDI cancel, but it was refused.... but they did one anyway and sold the covers onwards.... that got them arrested and convicted....

So - no game was ever played at Diss, but it's a well known cancel on this issue !
