Front is pretty good condition - rear a bit different though and has two tears on the rear flap where it was roughly opened.... inside thought is a pristine unused Penny Postage Post Card....

Booth Cat £150 with ANY postmark, but this is the South Kensington cancel which has a proper significance to the issue....
