As well as the usual Wing Commander Lees (who is on the 'standard' cover), there are also signatures from Alan Dear (32 Sqd) + Peter Ayhurst DFC (73, 238 & 124 Sqd's) + Avis Hearn MM + J G Millard (1, 242 & 615 Sqd's) + H M T Hudson (266 & 466 Sqd's).

I believe these covers were signed at a 'memorial' event...
