Totally unlisted RHDR 3 Official with the scarce Badgers Mount CDS !!

In 46 years, it's not even listed in the Benham catalogue (from 1988), so obviously only a few were ever done and they quickly sold out....

Cat £125 on other covers on this issue, so assuming it's the same value on this.....
