Unusual City of Leicester Official - Doubled with part of the 'Long To Reign Over Us' M/S.

The 'standard' Offical is fairly common, but I've never seen one doubled like this.... it makes sense when you realise what the 'doubling' is all about, but it's certainly a bit different.....
