Unusual Borough of Blackburn Official - Doubled with 2 x 'Long To Reign Over Us' Stamps & H/S.

The 'standard' Offical is cat £150, but I've never seen one doubled like this.... it makes sense when you realise what the 'doubling' is all about, but it's certainly a bit different.....

The 'standard' Offical isn't in the best condition - stain mark far right and the rear flap isn't great - BUT it does have the letter from the Mayor with it, so not all bad !
