1982 (03) Youth - RM - Glasgow H/S - Double Signed by Brigade President & Vice Admiral

Lovely Royal Mail cover with the Glasgow Bureau Alternative H/S.

The cover has then been 'Double Signed' by the Brigade President (Lord Elgin) & Vice Admiral (Malcolm Maris??)........ can't read the last signature so making a guess.... :)
