Unusual 'Thistle' Cover - Edinburgh Up-Special-TPO CDS.

This cover design was used to obtain a small number of different TPO cancellations, I am aware of at least another three TPO's, so there may be more, but it's a scarce cover... Minor wrinkles at the edges, but nothing too bad.....
