Scarce Postal Management College Official on a matching pair of typed addressed covers.

Not sure why the 3p is on a seperate cover, there is more than enough rooom on the other cover for the third stamp, but it makes this a bit different........

It's a scarce Official in it's own right (Cat £300) but as it's over two covers I've priced it to clear....... would normally be around the £250 mark....
