Amazing RAF FDC12 Official + Cachet.

This one has a story behind it - the plan was that the 'cachet' was going to be the Handstamp, but delays occured and RAFA (who produced these covers) had to resort to the BFPO 1000 H/S.

They added the design for the H/S to the cover as a cachet instead !
