2014 (04) Buckingham Palace (M/S) - Scott/Westminster Double Special

Highly unusual cover - done by me !

This started off life as a Westminster cover just commemorating the 2002 Jubilee Day. I got hold of it and doubled it with the Buckingham Palace issue

On this version - only 30 covers were doubled.
