Wonderful Postal Management College Official.

A nice rare Official - few of these ever come onto the market and when they do they retail for between £380 and £500 depending on where they are listed, and they usually don't hang around too long at those prices....

I have one to Offer - it's not 'perfect' - the top right 9p stamp has a crease going through the Queens Head, I'm assuming that the glue didn't stick correctly, got bent at the corner and was stuck back down causing the crease.... but if it wasn't pointed out, you probably wouldn't even notice it... Priced accordingly....
