Very unusual Havering 'Semaphor Flags' Admirals Flag Loft (Alternative) Official.

Stamps removed from the Miniature Sheet, then cancelled with the Official 'Admirals Flag Loft' Handstamp, but (and this is the strange bit) then leaving all that unused white space on the envelope......

The actual cover illustration itself is also a bit strange as it's not the one he used for his proper 'Admirals Flag Loft' Official, nor is it one he used for any of his Prestige Book Officials, so this one seems to be 'unique' with it's 'flags' design - I can only assume that he planned to 'double' it at some point in the future, but as to what with is anyone's guess...
