Double signed by Mick Hanley (The photographer of the image used on the cover) and Edward Thompson (The Rector of St Mary le Strand Church).

I've seen versions of this on sale with just the Mick Hanley signature, but it's been a long, long time since I've seen one with both signatures - I don't think there were many done as double signed...
