Ultra rare Postmark Bulletin Cover - Europhilex H/S.

At the Europhilex Exhibition, on the opening day, there was a special 'British Philatelic Bulletin' on the Royal Mail stand - presented in a lovely commemorative envelope... where almost everyone took the special 'British Philatelic Bulletin' out of the envelope and promptly threw the envelope away......

A small handful of people realised the importance of the envelope and used them to apply the Penny Black Europhilex Overprinted Miniature Sheet and got them cancelled with the appropriate First Day Handstamp.

It's estimated that only around 20-30 Overprinted Miniature Sheets were serviced on these envelopes.
