1978 (11) Christmas - PO - Windsor Castle CDS - MISSING YEAR ERROR

Lovely unaddressed Post Office cover with Windsor Castle CDS.

However - the 'CDS' has the MISSING YEAR ERROR... someone forgot to put the '78' part of the cancel into the CDS slug!
