Highly unusual Concorde 'Special' - Full set of Coastlines stamps with a Birmingham H/S (Possibly done by Cambridge Stamp Centre).... Possibly unique?

Then the cover has a silk illustration of Concorde flying with the Red Arrows over the 'Coast' (So appropriate to the issue) and where the cover has also been signed by the last Captain - Mike Bannister (interesting filler card him).
