We are not sure where these covers originated from - we suspect these are privately produced covers, and were sold originally as the Official cover (Which it clearly isn't) - We 'believe' that a cover dealer in Northampton originally offered them for sale and he stated at that time that just 10 exist with the Meter Mark.
