Superb Stampex Official - Stampex London (Stamp Issue) Handstamp - but with the Business Design Centre Meter Mark (Home of the Exhibition) - ONLY SIX PRODUCED....

Stampex - held twice yearly at the Business Design Centre in Islington, North London. Usually (but not always) Royal Mail will coincide a Stamp Launch whilst the event is on thereby encouraging collectors to visit the event and the Royal Mail stand to buy the stamps & get covers serviced by posting their covers in the special post box brought along by Royal Mail for the show.
