1999 (12) - 2000 (01) Timekeepers M/S - Millennium Double House of Lords Cancels

Iconic Royal Mail cover with the Millennium Timekeepers Miniature Sheet on it, but cancelled with BOTH the 31st December 1999 (11.49pm) House of Lords CDS and a 1st January 2000 (12.15am) House of Lords CDS - so just half an hour between the cancels being applied (probably watching the fireworks display just outside on the river) !!
