Superb South Africa Presidential Inauguration cover signed in black ink.

This cover is known to have Autopen signatures, which can cause some problems, but this cover is one of the GENUINE signed versions and I include the letter of validation from the President's Private Secretary to go with the cover. I have blacked out the name on the letter for privacy on this site, but it is in full on the letter which will be sent with the cover to the future buyer.
