Started off as a Royal Mint Official cover for the Northern Ireland Regional Definitives, but then someone realised that the Nobel Prizes stamp issue was on the same day, and managed to get a very small number of covers doubled with the Regional Definitives Handstamp.

Only 12 were done like this - hence the scarcity !
