1986 (04) Queen's 60th Birthday - RM - House of Lords CDS - Addressed to and signed by Margaret Thatcher

Lovely Royal Mail cover with the full set of stamps cancelled by the House of Lords CDS.

The cover however, was addressed to, and then signed by Margaret Thatcher - The British Prime Minister at that time!
