2000 (03) Stamp Show 2000 Timekeepers Overprinted M/S - Royal Mail Publicity Card 'Special'

Royal Mail Publicity Card 'Special', where some enterprising dealers has applied the Stamp Show 2000 Timekeepers Overprinted M/S and got it cancelled with the 'Spring Stampex' Handstamp.

This Handstamp was only available at the show, so unless you were present on the 1st March, this will only be available on one of the few covers serviced on the day.

This 'Publicity Card' version is VERY scarce - very low numbers serviced.
